Players for Pleasure

playing opportunities for adult amateur musicians

Players for Pleasure was set up in 2007 in order to give adult amateur musicians the opportunity to gain performance experience and to meet other adult amateur musicians.

The organiser of Players for Pleasure is learning to play piano and clarinet, and plays in an amateur wind band.

As well as Players for Pleasure, which the organiser runs on a voluntary basis, she supports classical music in Leeds through some of the activities of one of her businesses, Polkadot Services, which encompasses Polkadot Music and Polkadot Website Design.

The Players for Pleasure and Polkadot Music web sites were created by Polkadot Website Design, which creates web sites for music teachers, musicians and music groups, as well as for clients in other lines of commerce and industry
