"Players for Pleasure" is the banner under which adult amateur musicians get together on an ad-hoc basis, to play for enjoyment and depending on the occasion to also raise money for charity.

Adult amateur players of any instrument and at all levels of ability - beginner, intermediate or advanced - are welcome to apply to perform at Players for Pleasure events.

Whether you started learning to play an instrument as an adult or you have been playing since childhood - if you have a love of music and a desire to help enable others to discover the pleasure that sharing music can bring, then a Players for Pleasure event provides opportunities to join with friendly, like-minded adult amateur musicians to perform at a variety of events in Leeds and around the country.

Players for Pleasure is particularly aimed at giving adults opportunities to perform, although young people under the age of 18 may be able to join in some Players for Pleasure events provided that they are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
